This is a detached property on the outskirts of the village of Exford, the owners live in the detached guest house next door, and there is a stable yard also on the premises.

A pedestrian gate leads from the parking area into the private, enclosed garden with outside table and chairs for two. Patio doors open into to the living area, which has a well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. Off the living room is bedroom with king-size bed (or twin) and the separate bathroom comprises a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin. Well behaved dogs welcome (maximum of 2) for £25. There is a paddock where you may exercise your dogs if you wish, or many paths from the village to explore the wonderful Exmoor countryside. Secure bicycle storage available.
