This property was converted by the current owners from the old Exford Post Office and Stores, it’s an self-contained annexe of the owners property (next door) with separate access from the garden area.

Entrance to the property is via the exterior door from the patio/garden at the front of the property, directly into the open-plan living-dining room with kitchenette. A hallway leads through to the bedroom complete with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the modern shower room is also off the hall. Another door off the hall leads to the owners home, which is kept locked at all times. The property is all on one level, but there are two external steps down to the front door from the garden path, as well as one step up through the garden gate from the pavement.
