The third bedroom and separate shower room are also situated on this floor, whilst the ground floor offers two generous sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and the other with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower.

All of the bedrooms have zip and link beds providing either super king-size beds, or two single beds for added flexibility. Guests can enjoy a wealth of doorstep adventures from Pendragon House.

Walk out onto Lobber Point and follow the South West Coast Path over the cliff tops towards Port Quin and the bays of Epphaven and Lundy – finishing up at ‘Fresh from the Sea’ café, just a stone’s throw from Pendragon House’s front door.

Food lover’s will not be disappointed, with Nathan Outlaw’s Michelin Star restaurant just a short stroll away.

Whilst there is so much to see and do by foot, further afield, the town of Wadebridge and the thriving village of Rock (8 miles) is well worth exploring, as are the popular beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock, with a foot ferry across to Padstow.
